| How | FEI worked with Biz-Zone in the development of Association DNA. They had been using another association management system, but had become frustrated by a number of its limitations. We worked with the FEI Canada staff to develop a system that was robust and provided accounting reports that displayed revenues on a deffered basis. |
| Results |
The new site went live in early February, 2008. FEI use the database to manage memberships, renewals and many other aspects of their member data. They also actively use the communications module, which lets them send individual and recurring mailings to select groups of members. More recently they have added social networking tools as well, called Communities of Internet, which enable members to communicate on different topics. |
