Two key features set Email Broadcaster apart. First, it can be fully integrated with your website, so that articles published online are seamlessly integrated with your email blasts. Second, if your association wants to regularly import data from your member database, you can use a suppression list that will give your members the ability to control which emails they receive, without having to worry about integrating that information with your external database.

With this software module we've made sending your email newsletters as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. WRITE your newsletter using our online manager: Using our newsletter module, you can quickly build out a newsletter, eBlast or letter to send to a list of members and/or clients. You can use attractive newsletter designs, either through third-party templates or through a custom template that is built by Biz-Zone.
  2. SELECT your distribution list: You can manage multiple lists, easily create new lists, and add new subscribers to existing lists. One nice thing about our email solution is that we do not limit the number of messages you can send. You can also use suppression lists to control which lists people subscribe to instead of using a standard "Unsubscribe." This enables you to regularly import data from your member database, without worrying about synchronizing unsubscribes with your external data.
  3. SEND! a scheduled broadcast: In this final step you decide which newsletter or eBlast you want to send, indicating who it is from and any special templates that should be used, and then schedule the letter for distribution. The "test newsletter" option helps you catch any problems before the actual mailing is sent and a "job history" tab provides information on the history of each broadcast.
