We understand that events are essential services for associations and have developed several options to help you create specialty sections or even stand-alone event websites, manage online event registrations and track important details about your event.

Clients can choose from the following options:

Events Basic

This module is a cost-effective way to promote your event when you do not plan to allow online registrations. Events Basic lets you add events that are displayed on your event calendar and/or in chart format. A useful feature is that only current and upcoming events will show on your calendar, which minimizes the amount of time your staff needs to spend maintaining your calendar.

Events with E-Commerce Standard

Building on our basic module, Events with E-Commerce Standard adds online registration and integrates leading payment gateway systems. In addition to the standard calendar, visitors can click a button to buy event tickets online and ticket sales can be available to all or restricted to members only.

The standard event registration form collects information about the person buying the tickets, allows them to complete the purchase and gives an on-screen receipt as well as a receipt that is emailed. Your staff can then track registrations by downloading an Excel spreadsheet of current registrants or by viewing an on-screen display of registrants for each event.

Events with E-Commerce Enhanced

If you need to collect complex data about attendees, like the sessions they plan to attend and whether there is space left in an individual session, the enhanced module is what you need. Working with a developer, we create custom forms to meet the exact needs of your association. Popular choices are:

  • Multi-page registration forms with a status bar that shows what portion of the registration process has been completed
  • Session tracking, which shows registrants how many spots are left in sessions and when courses are full
  • Pricing options (e.g., student, regular, early-bird, guest) for each event
  • One system for both national and chapter events
  • Enhanced tracking and reports

Conference Manager

Similar to Events with E-Commerce Enhanced, Conference Manager is designed to let you offer a number of related activities based on your customized needs.

  • Create a stand-alone conference website within your regular content-management system
  • Book a hotel room while registering for the conference (hotel must allow integration with its booking system)
  • Add on excursions so that attendees can register and pay for related events like an afternoon of golf at the annual conference
  • Add a guest/spouse to the registration
  • Puchase extra guest tickets for dinners and/or excursions

 

Conference Manager: On-Site Registrations

Using this deluxe package that expands on our regular conference registration module, you can not only accept event registration online, but can use our on-site system to quickly get attendees checked in with name tags on the day of your event.

The technology is simple and ultra-portable, letting you bring a full version of your registration database on-site and then use a bar scanner to quickly check people in using bar codes on receipts they printed from the web. Safeguards ensure that a bar code can only be used once and a small label printer can be used on-site to generate name tags.
