Association Member Directories

How It Works

Our Member Directory Modules let you add value to your members by helping them promote themselves through your association website. At their most basic, the member directories contain basic information about each member, usually the business name, address, phone number and website link. This is just the beginning of what you can offer.

Results are split into two views (click for a larger image):

Text View

This is often the preferred initial view for results, as users can quickly scan for information about each member. Additional things like logos, photos and even video thumbnails can be included in this view.

 

Mapped View

Results are shown on a map, plotted at the zoom level of your choice.

 


 

Mapped Directory Packages

We have three different options if you would like to add a mapped directory:

  1. Simple Mapping: With this module, when users do a search, they can see both the regular text-based results as well as results on a map.
  2. Intelligent Mapping: This advanced module compares the location of your users with the known location of members so that only those within a set distance (e.g., 25 km) are "matched and mapped."
  3. Full Integration: Clients who use our membership management database, Association DNA, can automate the process of generating their member databases with no exports or additional integration required. You decide which data to collect and display and the system allows them to be used by our mapping program.
